Refund Policy

Please be aware that due to the personalised and unique products that POOSH PORTRAITS offer, we operate under a No Returns policy.
However, accidents happen! If something is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll immediately work with you to make it right.
If this is accurate, please read the below to begin the process.

BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED

Cancellations of your order are allowed up to 4 hours after purchase. Cancellations thereafter require a 30% re-stocking fee.

This is because our artists and production team start designing your order as soon as we can and thus this fee covers products and services in the partial fulfilment of your order.

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED

Because our products are one-of-a-kind artworks with a picture of your unique pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
However, if you have followed our steps for ordering and photo guide but received an inadequate product from us, please contact us at hello@pooshportraits.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll immediately work with you to make it right.

PRODUCT COLOUR VARIATIONS

Whilst every effort is made to capture respective colours in your artwork, colour calibration is a variable and small variations can occur.
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee exact colours in your product, nor can we match colours on your device as they are unique to your environment and equipment.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, we aim to complete the transaction within 7 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund within the above timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your financial institution for more information.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pooshportraits.com

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Approved exchanges will be processed via an account credit or discount code to pooshportraits.com.au that must be used within 12 months of receiving.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please send us an e-mail or reach us through facebook/instagram so we can send your our mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund amount. We recommend that you return your product via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Poosh Portraits will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
